Booking & Deposits
All sessions require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due before gallery delivery. Deposits are transferable to a new date with 72+ hours notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the deposit. Cancellations with 72+ hours notice may transfer the deposit to a future booking within 12 months. Same-day cancellations may be charged the full session fee.
Image Delivery
Edited galleries are delivered within 14 calendar days of the session. Rush delivery (3–5 business days) is available for an additional fee. Images are delivered via a private online gallery link.
Licensing & Usage
Images are licensed for the intended use as specified in the service agreement. Personal use images may not be used for commercial purposes without an upgraded license. Commercial sessions include full commercial licensing.
Photographer Rights
LDP Photography retains the right to use session images for portfolio, website, and marketing purposes. Clients who prefer not to have their images used publicly may request a privacy clause in the service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, illness, or circumstances beyond our control, LDP Photography's liability is limited to a full refund of fees paid. We carry professional equipment backup but cannot guarantee results in extreme weather or venue restrictions.
Governing Law
